Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in every InserterSupply.com purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in the same condition as delivered and include all accessories.
• Custom-built or clearly marked clearance items may be final sale.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Please contact support@insertersupply.com before sending items back so we can provide an RMA and shipping instructions.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
